I bought this laptop in Aug 08 and within 6 months the screen was flickering... badly! Then it went away for a few months and returned with a mission to destroy my life. So I downloaded the repair manual and with the help of the notebookreview.com forum I repaired it. This is the film of the book of the story. EDIT - I have uploaded a second video to show the screen disassembly and repair to the other end of the LCD cable.
